Strike postponed

SGS’s negotiating committee has agreed to postpone its planned strike action for six days to allow the parties time to “do their utmost to secure an agreement”. The two-day strike planned for 28-29 May is now scheduled for 3-4 June. Should a resolution not be arrived at, SGS’s general strike will now begin on 12 June (instead of 6 June).
